This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

What personal information do we collect from the people that use our app?

When signing into the core aspcts of our DevOps Manager App (to be refered to as App) we ask you to enter your Microsoft username and password. We do not get access to any of the information you enter. The screen you log into is provided and hosted by microsoft and is used only to get an access token. All of the information shown within the app is never stored, with the exception of your email address and default site which are used to provide the dashboard quickly. That data is never shared and is stored in Firebase, protected by a google account with 2fa. 

Where appropiate you may be directed to external sites for signing in, this is required to enable to various intergrations that we have added to the app. We do not store any information that you enter in these login pages.

Any access tokens or refresh tokens that we aquire is only stored on the device and is never shared.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We do have links to third party products (that we intergrate with) but these are provided solely for explaining features.
